Welcome to MBV Returns! We are here to make it easy on you, whether you are unsatisfied with the item you purchased, or it does not work properly. 

We cannot accept vape juice returns due to hygienic reasons, so any return requests for e-liquids will be rejected. If you are unsatisfied with your e-liquid order, scroll no further, and simply contact our Customer Service Team or fill out our contact form

Mt Baker Vapor Warranties 

72-Hour DOA Warranty 

Dead-on-arrival (DOA) merchandise only. Your Return Request must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving the item. 

30-Day Return Warranty 

Unopened/unused merchandise only. Your Return Request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item. 

2-Month Malfunction Warranty 

For merchandise that arrives functioning, and then begins to malfunction over time. Not eligible if malfunction was caused by user misuse. Your Return Request must be submitted within 2 months of your purchase date.* 

Warranty-Excluded Items 

Coils**, Loose Batteries (18650, 26650, etc.)***, e-Liquid, SWAG (apparel, stickers, etc), Accessories (empty bottles, battery cases, drip tips, o-rings, etc), & Clearance Items. 


*Why does the 2-month warranty require me to submit my return according to the purchase date and not the arrival date like the other warranties? 
Your shipping tracking number will have expired by then, so we will not be able to confirm the date you received the merchandise. If customers are within a few days of the warranty, we will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. 

**Coil returns will be accepted under the DOA Warranty ONLY. We will not approve return requests if your coil works when it arrives and starts tasting burnt afterward. If your coil tastes burnt, please contact our Customer Service Team or fill out our contact form. for further assistance. 

***Loose batteries (1865026650, etc.) returns will be accepted under the 30-Day Return Warranty ONLY, provided you have not removed the clear plastic shrink wrap (if only the box is opened, and the box is not torn, it is okay). 


How To Submit A Return Request: 

For the time being, we do not have self-service returns available. To submit a return request, please contact our Customer Service Team or fill out our contact form


What can I expect? 

You may or may not be required to send the item back to us, depending on the type of the merchandise it is. However, we may request a photograph or video clip. If you are asked to return the merchandise, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label that includes your RMA number. When your item is received at our warehouse, you will be sent a confirmation email with your replacement product or refund, depending on the desired outcome you selected on your return request form. If we do not require that the item be sent back to us, we will issue your replacement or refund immediately. 

Starting from the date your shipping label is e-mailed to you, you will have 5 business days to mail any items back to us, otherwise the Return will be cancelled. Please include all original manufacturing boxing/packaging including replacement glass and o-rings, user manuals, etc.  

Return requests will be rejected if the item depicts user damage or rough use.

  • Devices with an internal battery 

  • DOA items 

Can I Exchange my Item(s)? 

If your return request is approved, and you want a different device as a replacement, we will provide you with a refund to the card you used to make your purchase in the amount you paid for the merchandise. You may use the returned funds toward the purchase of any device of your choosing.
